- Diāna LapkisBetYud co-founder and partnerHas more than twelve years in international level expansion, development of EU fund-raising projects and work in the marketing field at the international microelectronics company producing chips for space industry. Diana has more than 8 years’ consultancy experience for social entrepreneurs and sustainable business.
Diana holds a BA in Communication Studies of Bar-Ilan University (Israel), an MBA of Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration and Mini MBA of Stockholm School of Economics. Diana is fluent in 5 languages – Latvian, Hebrew, English, Russian and French. - Julia BalanovaBetYud partnerAgile/scrum and business coach, product owner. With more than 15 years’ experience in IT product development. Finance coach and strategist. More than 6 years’ experience in consulting socially responsible businesses. Julia may help you develop your financial plan and support you during the MVP development. Besides the abovementioned, she holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, she speaks fluently in 3 languages: Latvian, Russian and English, and is able to communicate in French.
